• Added /namespace/name back into endpoint & use the standard verify_permission decorator (easy to check permissions, disable them etc.)
• Altered permissions for data-management to account for the above new routing (add back in namespace-viewer etc.)
• Moved the logic in verify_permission_for_soda_redirect back in the cutout endpoint, but added a check in for making sure the ivoid is parsed to the same namespace/name to avoid inconsistencies.

Finished a first draft of client for token/monitoring endpoints.

Also drafted an idea of how the architecture will work for SODA permissions.
